There are numerous fun classes and activities available that help to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of members, who also have the option of indulging in delicious home-cooked daily lunches.
Simply come to the Fairfield Centre during the Open Week and try classes for free. The exercise classes aiming to increase mobility, balance and fitness include: Tai Chi; Line dancing; Pilates; Strength & Balance; and Yoga and Zumba Gold. In addition to keeping the body active, there’s also plenty to keep the mind busy too, including: memory games; a knitting group; bingo; computer and art classes.
Annual membership at the Fairfield Centre starts from only £13.50 per person and a joint membership for couples is available for £19. Visitors should be prepared to be wowed by the overwhelmingly friendly atmosphere and fantastic staff. It is a wonderful facility providing numerous fun activities that also improve health and wellbeing. This is an opportunity not to be missed.”
