The popular Walk for Heath scheme offers regular volunteer led free walks throughout the district and Mole Valley District Council’s Exercise on Referral scheme provides low-cost gym or swim membership in our leisure centres to qualifying applicants.

You may prefer dance, yoga or bowls, whatever you enjoy keep it going throughout the year!

The Fairfield Centre has a range of classes to help you feel stronger and more steady, improve your balance and increase your confidence for everyday activities, as well as dancing, singing, art, knitting and much more!
