Our community transport services are suitable for residents in Mole Valley who are unable to use public transport.

We will pick you up from your home and transport you around Mole Valley in our comfortable buses. The service operates on a first come, first served basis.
The service is made up of a fleet of four vehicles, that seat between 12 to 16 passengers and one small wheelchair accessible vehicle.
All our vehicles have lifts for wheelchair users or those with mobility problems – our friendly drivers are always on hand to assist.
Membership
You must register as a member to use this service.
Membership to the scheme is available to the following residents:
- older people – particularly those who are frail or housebound
- younger people with physical and/or sensory and/or visual disabilities
- individuals with learning disabilities
- children who have a disability
- based within in Mole Valley
- are a non-profit making organisation
The cost of the membership is £27 per year or £52 for a joint membership.

Mole Valley Connect: on demand bus service
Operated on behalf of Surrey County Council by Mole Valley District Council, Surrey County Council’s Connect service is a safe and reliable bus sharing service that will connect you to your local community. Booking a journey
Call us on 0300 123 7749 between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday (please note that lines will be closed from 12 – 1pm) to book.
If you need to cancel your booking for whatever reason, please provide as much notice as you can.
Essential escorts may travel free of charge (except on special outings). If you require an essential escort, please advise us when making your booking to ensure a seat can be made available.
If you are visually impaired and require the services of a guide dog, they are very welcome to travel on the vehicle with you.
