Lifeline Alarm and TEC service team

Peter – Trusted Advisor & Projects Officer
Peter joined the Mole Valley Life team after working in the Metropolitan Police for over 30 years. Now with over 10 years of TEC & Lifeline Alarm experience, Peter researches and evaluates technology as it comes to market, ensuring that the equipment Mole Valley Life installs is of the highest quality and most appropriate for our clients’ needs.
Tracey – Trusted Advisor
Tracey is one of our expert team of Trusted Advisors. You might already have seen her at one of our TEC talks or demos discussing our local service and giving advice on which equipment might be best suited to support our clients’ independence. Tracey also carries out trueCall and Digital Lifeline Alarm installations.
Claire – TECS Project Officer
Claire is a TEC Project Officer, her role involves installing and maintaining various types of TEC equipment in people’s homes, researching and evaluating new technology, and assessing the needs of clients to recommend appropriate technology to maintain their independence. The equipment Claire installs enables individuals to live confidently in their own homes for longer, providing them with support and peace of mind to carry out daily activities

Alarm Receiving Centre and Proactive Services Team

Yassin – Call Operator
Yassin in one of our friendly Call Operators, answering and responding promptly and efficiently to all incoming lifeline alarm, emergency and monitoring calls. Our Call Operators are fully trained to handle emergency and non-emergency calls, as well as delivering wellbeing and reassurance calls.
Deborah – Proactive Services Manager
Utilising cutting edge technology, Deborah works with her team to offer proactive services to clients, supporting them to live independently at home for longer. Deborah’s work includes managing the Wellbeing and Community Responder service and working with Surrey County Council on the nationally recognised and award winning ‘Enabling You With Technology‘ pilot.
Steve – Wellbeing and Community Responder
Steve is one of our Wellbeing and Community Responders, who is fully trained to assist non-injured fallers and can be with you within 45 minutes of dispatch to help support you. Whether that be assisting you after a fall, attending a wellbeing check after a non-response or offer support and comfort to an injured person awaiting an ambulance.
Phil – Wellbeing and Community Responder
Phil is one of our friendly fully trained Wellbeing and Community Responders, who provide a lifting service for non-injured fallers, as well as offering support and comfort to an injured person who is awaiting an ambulance. Alongside this Phil also provides in-person wellbeing advice and signposting to local support services.
Kaitlyn – Wellbeing and Community Responder
Kaitlyn is another of our friendly Wellbeing and Community Responders, providing assistance and lifting to non-injured fallers, as well as wellbeing check’s where our ARC has been alerted but the client cannot be contacted and support & comfort for an injured person who is awaiting an ambulance which has been delayed.
Paul – Wellbeing and Community Responder
As one of our Wellbeing and Community Responders Paul’s focus is on lifting non-injured fallers and he is dedicated to promoting the wellbeing and safety of the lifeline alarm clients, and is committed to providing compassionate and effective support to those in need.
Andre – Proactive and Preventative Officer
As our Proactive and Preventative Officer Andre’s day-to-day responsibilities involve actively monitoring the Connected Care platform to identify any changes in the activities of our clients. This means paying close attention to changes in movement or eating patterns that could indicate a potential health issue. By being proactive he can intervene early and potentially prevent more serious health issues that may require hospitalisation.

Community Transport Team

John – Community Transport Driver
John is one of our friendly Community Transport drivers who will always welcome and assist passengers on board with a smile. Covering the morning school runs and community bus journeys, which drop residents off at appointments, at the shops, as well as to our Fairfield Centre, look out for John in one of our colourful minibuses as he travels around Mole Valley!
Theresa – Community Transport Scheduler
Theresa is one of our Schedulers at the other end of the phone when you are making a transport booking or enquiry. Knowledgeable and professional, Theresa is always happy to help!
