Mole Valley Life promotes independence and dignity offering solutions to people who may require assistance in their everyday lives. We have a variety of in-house services including Lifeline Alarm and Technology Enabled Care (TEC), Community Transport and our Fairfield Centre. Operated and staffed by friendly, dedicated and professional teams, we are here to help support you or your loved one.
Mole Valley Life works closely with Health and Social Care providers, along with partners in the voluntary and charity sectors to ensure that there are clear referral pathways, meaning that all residents can access the right individually tailored support.
In 2017 Mole Valley Life became one of the first TEC Monitoring Centres to achieve the new Quality Standards Framework (QSF) from the industry body the TEC Service Association (TSA).
The TSA devised the new framework to offer a way for service providers to ensure safety and quality and give TECS commissioners reassurance. The Department of Health recently wrote to all TECS commissioners stressing the importance to only procure services from QSF accredited providers, so this is an important part of Mole Valley Life’s offer.
In addition to the 24/7 emergency call answering service, Mole Valley Life also supports businesses with an Out of Hours service and offers a number of new solutions for companies who have lone workers.
“I wanted to thank you for your patience in listening to all my questions and to compliment you on the way in which you ‘do your job’. You come across as professional, efficient, thorough and yet, at the same time, friendly. I was very impressed, thank you.”
