When Mrs H pressed her lifeline alarm, it alerted our Alarm Receiving Centre in Leatherhead that something was wrong. Our fully trained Call Operators received the alert, evaluated it and immediately called the Ambulance service. After a two week stay in hospital, Mrs H was discharged home, safe and well.
