Should you or your loved one fall ill, or suffer an accident, the emergency services will be able to call the 24/7 telephone number on your TrustID wristband quoting your unique ID number. This will connect them with our Alarm Receiving Centre team in Dorking, who will bring up your secure records and provide the caller with the information they need to help support you.
Who is TrustID for?
TrustID can help to support anyone in an emergency situation. In particular it can help to support those:
- With medical conditions
- With complex learning needs
- Who have memory difficulties, dementia or walk with purpose
- Who worry what will happen to their loved one if something happens to them
- Who spend time outdoors alone, like walkers and runners
- Whose children are starting to become independent
Your TrustID band offers
- 24/7 telephone support
- A secure information record detailing medical, carer or cared for information
- Peace of mind for those with medical or learning needs, carers or the cared for
- A unique ID stainless steel tag
- A soft, silicon strap with adjustable fastening for a secure and comfortable fit
Unlike other assistance bands, your needs are securely stored on our system and can only be accessed by the emergency services calling our TrustID helpline and quoting your unique ID number. Should a member of the public find you, our Call Operators will not disclose any personal information but will instead contact your emergency contact or (if appropriate) the emergency services.
