Mole Valley Life’s telephone check in service ensures that you or a loved one are supported to live safely and securely at home through regular telephone calls. It can help you if you suffer from anxiety, live alone or are lonely. It can also help to establish a routine after a change in medication or discharge from hospital.
Our check in telephone calls are made by our Mole Valley Life support team who are based in our Dorking Alarm Receiving Centre. Our team are professionally trained to listen, make sure that you are OK and deal with any emergencies that may arise.
Our pre-arranged telephone calls are tailored to you and can be organised either on a recurring basis or when you require. For example, when family and friends are away.
Our calls are designed to be a short conversation on the telephone. If the telephone is not answered we would use your personal escalation plan to call a trusted person to check on you.
